Our fees for this service is 50% of the first months rent, plus VAT (20%), for arranging and setting up the tenancy and 10% plus, VAT (20%), of the monthly rental for ongoing management. 
 
Let Only – Option 1

Our fee for this service is 80% of the first months rent, plus VAT (20%). 
 
As part of the Let Only service, we are able to register the deposit for a one off fee of £50.00, plus VAT (20%), per deposit. 
 
 
 
Rent Collection Only 
This is offered alongside the Let Only process and includes the collection of rental payments for the term of the tenancy. You will be the first point of contact for the tenant with regard to any potential maintenance issues. Stephen Oakley and Co will register the deposit in the tenants name and hold the funds. 
 
Our fee for this service is 8% plus VAT (20%) per calendar month. 
 
Penalty / Cancellation: 
 
If in the event the Agreement is cancelled by the Landlord/s, whilst a tenancy is being processed, an Administration Charge of £300.00 including VAT, is payable. 
 
If the agreement is cancelled without an application in process the landlord may be liable to cover the agents marketing costs and this is a charge of £120.00 including VAT. 
 
If the agreement is cancelled for any reason during a period of a fixed term tenancy, or the tenancy is finished early by the landlord or tenant/landlord. The full management fees will be payable by the landlord, until the end of the fixed term date.
